Built in the Open.
We rely on open source every day. When we build something broadly useful, we share it. It's that simple.
Our Open Source Projects
Tools we built for ourselves, useful enough to share.
helpscout-cli
A CLI and MCP server for Help Scout
We use Help Scout to support our customers. When we started integrating AI agents into our own workflows, we needed a way for those agents to read and respond to conversations programmatically. We built helpscout-cli to fill that gap—and open-sourced it because anyone running Help Scout alongside AI tooling will hit the same wall.
- Full CLI for managing Help Scout conversations, customers, and mailboxes
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI agent integration
- Works with Claude, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible AI tool
- Simple configuration via environment variables
- Supports listing, reading, replying to, and triaging conversations
Why We Do This
Mobile Locker is built on open source. Our platform runs on Laravel, Vue, Nuxt, and dozens of community-maintained libraries. We're not religious about any particular stack—we use what works. We don't take the ecosystem for granted.
We're a small, focused team—we can't contribute to every project we depend on. But when we solve a problem that others are likely facing, publishing the solution costs us almost nothing and helps someone else skip the same work. That feels like the right call.
Our open source work isn't a marketing initiative. It's what you do when you work in software and want to be a good citizen of the ecosystem that made your own product possible.

We'll continue publishing tools as we build them. Star a repo, file an issue, or just keep an eye out.
